What PenaltyDuel knows about you
PenaltyDuel is an information site, and it knows very little about you. There is no account to create, no members area, no newsletter and no form to fill in. You can read every page without giving your name, phone number or email address.
I would rather explain this in plain words than bury it in fine print. If anything below is unclear, send me a message.
Server logs
Like any website, the server that hosts PenaltyDuel keeps technical logs. They are the only data collected when you visit a page. They keep the site running, help me spot outages and block attacks.
- The IP address of the connection.
- The page requested, with the date and time of the visit.
- The browser and device type, as your browser reports it.
- The page you came from, when your browser passes it on.
I do not use these logs to follow you from page to page, and I do not sell them to anyone. I do not combine them with any other data either.
Cookies
For now, PenaltyDuel uses no tracking cookies, no audience measurement tool and no targeted advertising. That is why you see no cookie banner when you arrive.
If I ever add an analytics tool, I will update this page first, naming the tool, what it measures and how to opt out. No surprises.
The partner link and its parameters
The "Play" button goes through a link on this site that starts with /go/, which then sends you to a partner operator's site. That link adds UTM parameters to the address. They only say which PenaltyDuel page you clicked from.
These parameters carry no personal data: not your name, not your number, not your IP address. They let the operator and me see which pages send visitors, as part of the affiliate partnership.
Once you are on the operator's site, its own privacy policy applies. Registration, deposits, withdrawals and identity checks all happen there, not here. Read its terms before you hand over any details.
Emails you send me
If you write to [email protected], I receive your email address and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to fix the site when you report a mistake.
I do not add you to any list, and I do not pass your message on. Never send me a password, an SMS code or an ID document: I have no use for them.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, which in practice means your emails. You can also ask me to correct or delete them. Write to the same address and I will handle your request within a few days.
This page may change as the site grows. I update it before any change to the way data is handled.
Site pages
From here you can jump back to the main pages of PenaltyDuel. Every game guide follows the same rules as this page: checked facts and no promises.
